SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Malyn Grace, 2108 Alison Ave, Bossier City LA 71112, United States

Malyn Grace is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your package shows delivered and you have not received it please contact and file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

We ask that you ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout, but we know that sometimes mistakes can happen. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP at malyngraceteam@gmail.com.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-Due to high order volumes and shipping delays from our suppliers, our standard processing time right now is 7-10 business days plus shipping.  (**please note - this time frame is an ESTIMATE and cannot be guaranteed.  Delays in production and shipping DO NOT constitute a reason for refund.) 

-You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is finished in production and packaged and ready to ship.

-Once you have received a shipping confirmation email every effort will be made to deliver your package to the appropriate delivery provider (either USPS or UPS) either that day or the day immediately following. 

-Once a package has been turned over to a delivery provider (either USPS or UPS), Malyn Grace has no authority or control at that point. Please contact the appropriate delivery provider regarding packages that are delayed and/or missing. Any/all claims regarding the delivery of your package should be filed with the delivery provider who provided that service. 

-Due to the nature of our business we adhere pretty strictly to our return/refund/exchange policies. Every single item that we offer is custom made/made to order. We do not keep stock or inventory of items. For that reason we must be conscious of allowing "returns" or "exchanges" for reasons other than outlined in our REFUND POLICY.
