Refund policy
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Due to high order volumes and shipping delays from our suppliers, our standard processing time right now is 7-10 business days plus shipping. (**please note - this time frame is an ESTIMATE and cannot be guaranteed. Delays in production and shipping DO NOT constitute a reason for refund.)

-Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout without approval from the Malyn Grace team.
In the event an order is allowed to cancel, be returned, or exchanged for any reason other than the product being damaged or defective, there will be a restocking fee for each item canceled, returned, or exchanged. The restocking fees start at $6 per t-shirt/long sleeve t-shirt and go up from there depending on the style and size of the blank garment and will be withheld from your refund or you will be sent an invoice for any difference or balance before any new items are shipped to you for an exchange.
-Orders placed without a discount code CANNOT be modified to add a discount code after checkout.
-Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns and materials may also vary. These situations DO NOT qualify as defects.
-You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is finished in production and on it's way to you.
-Due to the nature of our business we adhere pretty strictly to our return/refund/exchange policies. Every single item that we offer is custom made/made to order. We do not keep stock or inventory of items. For that reason we must be conscious of allowing "returns" or "exchanges" for reasons other than outlined below.
NON RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Gift cards
- Items ordered incorrectly by customer (including ordering the wrong size)
- Items damaged due to improper care, handling, or wear.
- Sale or promo items (or discounted items). Only regularly priced items
- Items that have been WORN, smell of perfume or cologne or smoke (or any other fragrance or pollutant).
- Items that have been WASHED (by hand or machine) and/or DRIED (by air or machine).
REFUNDS AND OR EXCHANGES
We only refund or exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If your items arrive defective or damaged please take clear pictures of the defective/damaged item and email them to malyngraceteam@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. You must include proof of purchase. We will review your request and inform you of our decision to approve or deny the exchange/refund. If we approve the exchange, please ship the item(s) and the packing slip or receipt back to us within 7 days of the approval to Malyn Grace - 2108 Alison Avenue, Bossier City, La., 71112.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
